Techniques I use
I typically work by following the body’s natural priority, alIowing the most needed area to guide the session. However, if you have specific concerns, we can also focus on those areas together. I use muscle testing on myself, on behalf of you, the client, to intuitively determine where the body’s priority lies. This allows me to offer distant healing, so even if we’re not in the same room, I can still tune in and support your process from afar. I incorporate a range of tools and techniques such as flower essences, crystals, emotions, belief work, and more, depending on what arises in each session. Even if a flower essence or essential oil comes up, it’s not always necessary to use the physical drops or to smell the oil. Often, simply bringing it into your awareness is enough to support your inner process and allow the next steps to unfold naturally. These are all customized to help you release stress, restore balance, and connect with your inner self.
